Workshops

LIB225: Literature Searching for Arts & Humanities takes place regularly in-person and online, for students who require help, advice and support to improve their searching skills and knowledge.

In this workshop we will cover the following key areas:

  • Understanding how to evaluate the quality of sources of information relevant to Arts & Humanities research
  • Identifying research needs and finding high quality books and articles through key Arts & Humanities e-resources e.g. Library Search, JSTOR
  • Building effective search strategies
  • Accessing full text articles
  • Using Generative AI as a research tool effectively and responsibly
